Luxor – Aswan
Nile Cruise
Day 1:
Upon arrival at Luxor airport via Cairo, you will be met by our representative and transferred in air conditioned comfort vehicle to your hotel in Luxor for Overnight.
Day 2: (should to start on Monday)
After breakfast you will check out and you will be transferred to Cairo international airport to take your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival at Luxor airport you will be transferred to the cruise for check in. Then you will visit the East Bank starting by Temple Complex of Karnak. The spectacular complex is made up of sanctuaries, kiosks, pylons and obelisks; all dedicated to the Theban gods. Followed this visit by the Luxor temple and overnight onboard the cruise.
Day 3:
After breakfast onboard you will have the chance to visit other well-known attractions include the Valley of the Kings, where Tuta nkhamen’s tomb was discovered, followed with the temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi Memnon. Lunch onboard and overnight on board the Nile cruise ship.
Day 4:
After breakfast continues your sailing to Edfu. Upon arrival you will visit the temple of Horus considered the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt. This partly because it was built later than most: in the Ptolemaic era from 237 to 57 BC. Sailing to KomOmbo. Visit KomOmbo temple shared by the gods Sobek and Haeroris, once called both the House of the Crocodile” and “Castle of the Falcon. Overnight onboard the cruise.
Day 5:
Continue on to Aswan visit sights such as the High Dam, Granite Quarries and the Temple of Philae (close 5.00 PM). The itinerary of the day takes you to the High Dam, and the temple dedicated to Isis on Philae Island. Overnight on board cruise.
Day 6: Departure
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport to take you return flight via Cairo airport to Athens.
